I have a difficultywith learning English words: pronunciation, writing, translation.

I knew about programswhich can help you to learn words and not long ago found such soft. It iswordsteps. The biggest advantageof this soft is you can make dictionary yourself: English to English or Englishto Russian. When you read a book or learn something on English you need just downloadnew words with translations or descriptions (in case of Eng. – Eng.) in your account(which you created before) on www.wordsteps.comand name the dictionary for example “accounting”. The site adds pronunciationand transcription. Then you can learn these words on the computer or the androidgadget (there is the free soft on the Android market).

The study goes in the following way: thefirst step – read the words and learn, the second –read the words and remember it, the third – readthe translation or the description and remember the words, the fourth - readthe translation and write the words.

In this softthere are a lots other good option, but there are some minuses for example: youcan download your dictionaries only with the internet site, not the special softand the dictionaries from soft and your account don’t synchronize.

And what aboutyou? What soft helps you…?

It seems to be a really useful application but it' works under Windows only....which is a bummer in my case. :-(
